We have worked with Rusty first buying our home and then selling it when we moved across the country. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his parter Jennifer. From getting our home ready to list and through the entire process they were both honest and helpful and really made us feel better during a stressful time. Once we left Michigan and became “remote” sellers they went above and beyond keeping us updated on all aspects and helping solve problems that came up, like storms blowing down a tree in our yard. I can’t praise Rusty enough!!!  As soon this house came on the market he knew it would be our dream home.  He moved quickly securing a showing and within minutes of seeing it we went into action to secure it.

He had excellent points of contacts for everything!  As soon as we wanted to make a move on the house, (this house had potential to go into a bidding war) he got us in touch with a mortgage lender for pre approval.

Rusty kept his cool with the stressful environment we were in, kept us in the loop with everything, and continued communication with the sellers realtor advocating for us the whole entire way.

If you want an awesome experience with purchasing or selling a home, here is your team!    Regardless of being a seasoned buyer or looking for your first home.  Rusty goes above and beyond. Was quick to hop on new listing's and answered any and all questions big or small! Took care of every last thing even little things after closing.
